@weafarside, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Deskjet 3632!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

To factory reset the HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer and reset the Embedded Web Server (EWS) password, follow these steps:

Restore Network Settings (Resets EWS Password)

This will reset network settings only, including the EWS password:

  1. Turn on the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Cancel (X) buttons together for about 5 seconds.
  3. The Wi-Fi light will blink, indicating the network settings have been restored to default.

Now, you can set up the printer again and access the EWS using the default credentials.

Full Factory Reset (Hard Reset)

This will reset all settings (including EWS, network, and printer settings):

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Press and hold the Power button.
  3. While holding the Power button, press the Cancel (X) button 6 times and the Wi-Fi button 3 times.
  4. Release the Power button.
  5. The printer should restart and be reset to factory defaults.

After resetting, you will need to set up the printer again, including reconnecting to Wi-Fi and reconfiguring settings.

Let me know if you need further assistance! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
