Firmware update for officejet 4620

My scanner isn't working, and I thought getting the latest firmware might resolve it. Where do I get the firmware update for officejet 4620? I found something under software and drivers, but I don't know if that's the same thing.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums.  I understand that you are trying to update your 4620's firmware.

 You can download the printers latest firmware from the HP Website.  Scroll down and select Firmware. 

Here is a link to the 4620 drivers page. HP Officejet Firmware CWM1FN1451AR    2.3 MB    Dec 6, 2015 is the most recent/up to date firmware. 

Are you getting any error messages when trying to scan? Perhaps I can be of further assistance with this issue.

Thanks for your help. You gave me the correct link, and that seems to have fixed my problem. I have one suggestion. When I went to the page it says Software and Drivers. I wasn't sure if that was the same as Firmware, so it would be helpful if you include that in your answer for the next person.
