Trying to get my hp Deskjet 2400e all-in-one printer series to work on my laptop but everytime I add it the printer drivers are missing. How do I resolve this without going through the HP app? I appreciate the responses.

How old is the printer?

 

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
