Hi @JBSK,

I'd like to help!

Try updating ios  and printer firmware

To update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

To update Mac, try these steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Install HP Smart from APP Store.

Refer to the document, to know how to add your printer to HP Smart -HP printer setup (HP Smart app)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

The printer is not compatible with the Apple airprint.

The printer supports and works by using HP Smart app (iOS).

Were you able to install HP Smart from the APP store and then tried printing?

Let me know!
