Two-sided printing is greyed out. There's no option to fix this despite the manual saying it's possible both duplex and manual.

Any ideas?

@SteveStevens00, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

As per the printer specifications, this model printer does not support automatic duplex printing. You have to manually flip the paper.

This is why the duplex printing option is greyed out.

For more info, refer to - Print on both sides of the paper with an HP printer

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
