Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I unpluged and moved my printer - then pluged in my HP 4650 printer.

Now when I plug it into the wall outlet - the screen flashes on - and then the printer turns off.

It appears that the printer cannot stay on.

I have tried all of the HP fixes - none has worked.

Any suggestions?
