Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer scans fine, the HP printer tool prints diagnostic reports just fine. Other Windows PCs and mobile phones can print with no problems. All computers and printers are WiFi connected.

Only one PC where the drivers are installed refuses to print from Word, Excel, etc. When send a document to print, I see it flash on the print queue, but nothing comes out of the printer.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling drivers with no luck. I'm thinking the drivers or registry may have a problem but are remaining even after the re-install.

Any help greatly appreciated.

John.

Hi@palmeroj

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to your wireless network.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you run the HP printer and scan doctor and it will automatically find and fix connectivity issues.

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program.

I'm not sure you understand. The printer is connected to WiFi. All computers except one can print. I have run the print doctor several times with no results.

I need to completely remove all drivers, registry entries, etc. so I can re-install cleanly.

Do you have any steps or procedure to do that?

Thank you.
