Product: HP PageWide Pro 577dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had my pagewide 577 for years, still underwarranty, over the past several months my family has complained it won't show up for airprint.  I tried to reboot, reset my network, remove and add it to my pc computer, nothing.  I set it to factory default and connected to my wifi..and it appeared.  The minute I setup scan to email, it disappears.   So I did it again, I reset to factory and connected to wifi and its there...add scan to email and it disappears, however I can scan to email.  Any help greatly appreciated, I'd like to have both features again.
