HP 6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just installed a replacement 6960 to replace one the the PC suddenly could not print to (just couldn't see it)

Printing working fine on the replacement but when I press scan on the printer display and choose the computer name it does not give the option to scan to pdf. It just scans as a jpeg file to windows print and scan.

The previous 6960 just used to scan straight to pdf in the documents folder.

I have the same printer at home which scans to pdf no problem. When you select the computer name it briefly displays "connecting to computer" on the display and then the option to scan to pdf. This does not happen on my business printer which despite printing seems to be missing its scan connection.

Anyone have any jdeas?
