macOS 10.15 Catalina

Good evening

I have bought a HP 7740. I have just completed installation procedure on my macbook pro and connected to my wifi. 

After downloaded HP smart I tried to to make firmware update, but it hasn't completed and the printer finished to work properly. 

Now the printer is locked the wifi light is off  and lcd panel is blue with following codes.

Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the blue screen error.

 

Let's try these steps to reset the printer -

 

1) Take out the cartridges.

2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.

3) Wait for 30 seconds. 

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.

5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware. This time, connect a USB cable from the printer to Mac and the try these steps - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Good Morning

Thank you for your help

I have already tried all that you wrote, but printer doesn't yet work.

I asked HP for assistance and they told me that it should be an hardware issue, that is the cart cartridges that gets stuck.

So I am waiting for a printer warranty replacement.
