Missing or Failed Printhead ?

have disconnected, cleaned printheads, replaced, still get the error message?

@Kaeniki, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. 

 

Perform the steps mentioned in this document - Printhead errors

Insert one ink cartridge at a time and check for the error. Make sure you are using HP ink cartridges.

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printhead. Replacing the printhead will cost as much as buying a new printer.

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
