Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

I need to reset my printer to factory default. In "Settings" under "Printer Maintainance," the "Restore " option is grayed out with a message that "This feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer." No one other than me has been working on the printer. How can I get past this to restore the factory default? Thank you.

You may need to reset the printer to factory settings. The reset instructions are printer specific and cannot be shared in public.
