Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Recently, I have been unsuccessful deploying the complete workflow to a printer from HP Output Central (part of HP Advance).

After adding the printer to Output Central, and proceeding to Deploy Workflows:

"HP AC Secure Pull Print" gets installed under Security > Access Control > Sign-In and Permission Policies. However, "IRM Authentication" does not get installed under Security > Access Control > Enable and Configure Sign-in Methods.

I'm pretty certain this is why the installed card reader on the printer is not responding when being tapped to sign in to HP AC Secure Pull Print on the printer.

This is a recent change in behavior. A couple months ago I was able to deploy workflows to the same model printer at the same firmware version. I'm not sure what has changed.

This problem went away after a reboot of the server that runs HP Output Central (HP Advance).
