HP Recommended
Product: HP LaserJet CP3525
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP LaserJet color CP3525n printer, and from one day to the next it does not do the full startup, it hangs on the 6/6 A / F part.

I did a cold reset on it, but I was not successful. Another alternative would be to update the firmware, but as it does not start, the PC does not recognize the machine when I insert the USB.

Has anyone had the same problem or know how to solve it? Thanks!
