Hello

I have HP CP5225dn laserjet printer that is connected to the internet using an ethernet cable. My computer and lapttop are connected to the internet using WIFI connection. i can see the printer on the network but when I try to print it always give me an error. Sometimes it says software not installed properly, other times it says it is offline and so on.

How can I get it to work? thanks
