Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hi,

After trying to print via the HP Click software version 4.0, the network on the computers is turned off. Only after the computer is rebooted does the network come back on, but it is still not possible to print 'cause the network again turns off

Installing an old version after restarting the software automatically updates to the new version.
Is there a way to fix it?
