Product: HP Color Laser Jet MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer needs firmware updates but it will not load.  The computer won’t connect to the computer or internet. We have had this printer for one year and now it’s not working at all.  Any idea how to fix this issue? Also, keep getting error code 79 service error.
