No idea.
A quick search of the 'net shows this is not HP software - it is third-party software.
Apparently the "free offer" has been around for a number of years in different guises.
I am not linking the results - these are not HP products and we cannot confirm any of the information.
I suggest you use your favorite browser - search for the product and decide whether / how you can get it.
Opinion:
Coupons don't mean anything - products might pull the offer at any time - links break, information changes.
What is more important is whether this is something you actually want on your computer. Best to investigate.
