Product: HP ENVY LAPTOP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

following failure of my software for the printer to operate, I re-installed many times, but on reaching the ACTIVATE STAGE of the installation receive a message: Connection to the internet is lost or not found ,please check connection then click retry, The Wi-Fi is connected and verified IP address and Internet working . 

 

I have attempted the install 30 times but reach only the activate and the message above. Of course the software is not installed, the HP Icon for the printer is installed on my desktop,  but activating this takes me back to install once more.
