Hello, 

i can't print from my PC anymore, i have already uninstall and install again but i have the same error

( from mobile i can print)

 

this is my printer:

HP DeskJet 3750 All-in-One Printer

 

This is the error:

print queue issue is not fixed

Here you have a document where you can try to solve the print queue spooler issue

HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR

 

Also you can try to run the spool with next steps

1. Press on your keyboard at same time Windows Key + R key

2. On left bottom side will appears a window, in this window type SERVICES.MSC

3. On next window you need search on list PRINT SPOOLER

4. on left side you need click on Restart option or Stop and then Start

 

At this point you will able to print if not you can try to update the printer firmware wit next link
