After problems with the essential firmware update and re-installation of the drivers and printersoftware (which didn't succeded either) I can't get into the EWS because it will not accept the password I have set.

How do I reset the EWS password/Printer?

As the print does not print from the mobile device only, I suggest reviewing these guidelines for pint problem with HP ePrint, and to ensure your email meets the requirements for the service:
