Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
I initially stated I was Linux which I am, but also have Win 10 and the same problem there. The scanner bar light keeps flashing. I just unplugged it and plugged back in after a couple of minutes and it started flashing right away so have unplugged for the evening. I spent an hour with support this AM with no satisfaction. It's too late to return it to the store; so have to put up with it. This will be my last HP. I had a Pro 8610 for years without a problem. HP store suggested this one as a replacement; garbage.
