Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got always the Message "Error code 0X83C0002B NOS_LOADER_APP" on the Display and the printer remains in out of order.

This is not the first time on this 4 yaers old machine, but in the former cases the procedure of "performing a hard reset" describe in the net (remove powercable, USB ... wait 2-3 minutes, push the power button for 30 seconds, the replugging and starting) makes the printer working - but don´t switch him off - this will cause the error return.

But now - I have to move the printer in an other room - the error is permanently returnning.

Is there any suggestion?
