HP Envy 5030 out of warranty, plugged in the cable and still will not operate without contact to instantink.

  • Instant Ink service does not rely on the printer's warranty.
  • Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink service?
  • Are you using Instant Ink cartridges?
  • What is the exact error?
