Someone help before I throw this printer out the window. I've had my HP Envy 5055 for over two years. Every now and then it just decides to stop printing and I have to unplug it to reset.  Now it has stopped printing; so I removed it and re-added it in my Settings. It shows the printer but says driver not available. I have gone online and tried to download every option currently listed and nothing works. It keeps saying device can not be installed. I deleted and reinstalled the HP Smart App. It also shows the device and shows that it is ready; but will not print and will not show up in print options from other apps. What else can I do?  The printer still works fine from my other laptop.
