First post here, apologies if this breaks any rules. However, my HP Envy 6055 is not printing. I haven't printed anything from it in probably half a year, in case that matters, but the app says it has plenty of both color and B/W ink. No matter what I try to print, color or B/W, test prints from the app, or documents I actually need printed...it makes the noise like it's printing but only a blank paper comes out. I have tried the print head cleaning in the app, that doesn't work. Any other troubleshooting tips for this? Need some tax stuff printed!

    En Français :

C'est bien une chose à éviter : rester longtemps sans imprimer.

Il arrive quoi, si l'on fait cela : ben les buses de sortie d'encre se

bouchent car l'encre a séché dans les buses et l'encre ne passe plus, pour imprimer.

Il faut imprimer 1 foi par mois une page de texte, sinon: problème de buses bouchées,

par l'encre qui a séchée.

Pour déboucher les buses, il faut les mettre à tremper dans liquide non décapant,

au moins 3 à 4 heures, puis bien sécher avec un chiffon doux (non pelucheux).

Attention, si vous ne l'avez jamais fait, je vous conseille de le confier à un spécialiste.

Ensuite il faut faire un nettoyage des têtes de l'imprimante (logiciel de l'imprimante).

This is one thing to avoid: going a long time without printing. What happens, if we do this: well the ink outlet nozzles clog because the ink has dried in the nozzles and the ink is no longer flowing, to print. A page of text must be printed once a month, otherwise: problem of clogged nozzles, by the ink that has dried. To unclog the nozzles, they must be soaked in a non-stripping liquid, at least 3 to 4 hours, then dry thoroughly with a soft (lint-free) cloth. Be careful, if you have never done it, I advise you to entrust it to a specialist. Then you have to clean the printer heads (printer software).
