Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

 

I'm having issues with my HP Envy 7858 printer and it is stuck on the loading screen forever. I've tried every possible way to reset the printer and followed all instructions found on online forum but nothing worked. It is just displaying the hp logo on the screen and that's it.

Are there any other instructions that I can try to turn it on? I see so many people had this issue but did not find any proper solutions.
