HP Envy Photo 7830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy Photo 7830 has been working fine until recently.

I noticed the ink was low again (second time in 4 months), so expected InstantInk to send me a replacement.

This actually doesn't happen, because for some reason my printer can't connect to HP Connected.

This means InstantInk can't see my printer on the internet and is unable to detect the inklevels of my cartridges.

The printer itself works fine, I can access and use my printer via the internet, both via Windows machines as well as several mobile devices. The Smart-app also detects the printer without any problem, and reports the correct ink-levels.

The printer itself is placed within one meter (roughly 3 feet) of an AVM Fritz repeater (which in turn has a 100% link with an AVM Fritz router).

I've deleted and reinstalled Web Services, but that hasn't helped.

It seems like it is just the link to HP-Connected which is broken.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have little interest in paying subscription fees for InstantInk if this issue isn't solved.
