HI @bucko1976,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Envy Photo 7134 is stuck on the boot screen, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Power Cycle the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions that may be causing the printer to hang during startup.

3. Remove and Reinsert Cartridges

  • Remove the ink cartridges from the printer.
  • Wait a moment, then reinsert them. Ensure they click into place properly.

4. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Unplug the printer from the power source.
  • While unplugged, press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Release the button, plug the printer back in, and turn it on.

5. Check for Firmware Updates

  • If you manage to get the printer working, check for firmware updates through the HP Smart app or the HP website.

6. Factory Reset (if accessible)

  • If the printer starts up but remains unresponsive, check the printer's menu (if accessible) for a factory reset option.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
