HP...I NEED AN UPDATE TO GET RID OF YOUR BUY INK SPLASH SCREEN ADWARE!!!!  ITS ANNOYING & IRRITATING.  I HAVE NOT FOUND A WAY TO TURN THIS VIRUS OFF.  FIX IT. NOW.

On the left bottom of the image you shared, there is a setting drop down option, click on it and disable notifications.
