TEAM at HP,
The HP EASY APP and SMART APP fail to install the drivers required for the INK TANK all in one 319 series. It is paired via usb C. It is detected by MAC settings, and the aforementioned apps. Even the old drivers pack listed as update: 5.1.1 does not contain any INK tank below the 410 series. There are 5 cases available with this issue and you have failed to release a working driver. Incorrect marketing of supported MAC is devious and warrants a fresh litigation into this matter.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with connecting your printer to the latest Mac OS device.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
B) Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.
C) If the issue still persists, uninstall the printer software by following the steps from this link and restart the devices.
D) Install the printer software by clicking on the link again and let me know if that resolves the issue.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.

Hello Support Engineer Irwin from HP,
The said printer in question is USB wired, sans any other mode of wireless connectivity, as such, enabling Bluetooth and running the HP Smart app will not work, it only caters to AIR Printers.
Your software suite known as the 'HP EASY CONNECT' is able to detect this printer, but it cannot locate any drivers for this. I do not believe restarting is going to fix anything as the printer is being discovered.
I followed this APPLE Inc provided solution and half of the HP printer works, https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255852129?login=true&sortBy=rank&answerId=260948267022
But the scanner is not functional. You are supposed to release the drivers for us to use, do we have a date on its release?
