Hello,

I've recently got an HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer. I've tried to set it up but unfortunately it asks for an administrator password. Besides that i have an error on the black cartridge, which it seems it prevents me from doing the factory reset from the printer itself. Using HP Smart app does not help since it asks for administrator password. I don't know the administrator password and there is no PIN on the printer label.

Is there any way to reset to factory settings without resolving the black printhead error?
