Hi,

I setup a password for my printer through its IP Address. I logged out and tried to login again.

Unfortunately, it locked me out.

USERNAME: according to instructions, I can use any Username I want during signin (I used the following: ADMIN, admin, administrator. I, also, tried to leave it blank.

PASSWORD: I am sure I am using the correct (new) password because I have copy-pasted it.

Can anybody help ? This is unacceptable on the part of HP. I know that many other people have had this problem in the past but HP has done nothing to fix the problem.

Also, why is the IP address still in the http:// protocol and not in the https:// yet ?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
