Product: Web JetAdmin 10.4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi !  I want to create a template to configure a HP LaserJet MFP M527, but it is not in the list in JetAdmin.  But according to the list that HP have in hit web site, it supposed to be.

 

Did I missed something ?

Its the same with the M477 or M426. There are no special templates in newest WJA (99821) or older Versions. So far this maybe a little help für you:

 

I took the template of an older Version (eg. M425 for my M426) an additional the "HP Laserjet PRO MFP UPI" + "HP PRO Laserjet NIC".

 

For this is no 100% solution you can´t configure everything on your special device but for most cases its usefull.
