Like the previous posts, I need to connect my M29w to a new wifi network and none of the videos have let the HP Smart app see the printer so I can change the network. I saw that you send a private message with factory reset instructions so please send to me as well. I originally used my Android 10 phone for the initial setup and don't use Windows/Mac with this printer. Only Android phones and Chrome OS so I need to be able to set it up via HP Smart app again.
Thanks!

Hi @mfata331,
I'd like to help!
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespag
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi, I need help restoring our m29w laser b&w printer. Here's our situation: we had this printer connected via wireless network at our home. we moved and got a new wirless network and the computer will not connect. we have tried hard connection and wireless connection and it says "printer not found". We have tried EVERYTHING. 4 hours later we can't get this thing to connect. When we hold down the wireless button it shows the former network ID but no IP address. Can you send me instructions on how to reset?
