Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

When I touch what is printed the toner goes away. I made some search it is because of the temperature of the fuser unit.

I change the default page to be heavier (150g) but that does not change.
However the toner on the cleaning page is good.

 

How can I change the fuser temperature?
