Hi!
Small business with quite a few MFP's by HP, probably 30+ M527/528 series.
We have at least 4 M528s at the moment that are rebooting when scanning to a Network Folder with error code 49.38.0C. We've tried resetting the printer, updating the firmware to the latest (5.8.1.2, date code 20241216).
Partial Clean has been attempted as well. In attempt to alleviate this issue, we updated from 5.8.1.1 to 5.8.1.2 but the issue is still there. We're using DHCP on our network too (saw that this fixed another users issue on another forum). The issue started within the last 2 weeks according to one of our offices.
