HP Recommended
Product: Dell optiplex
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For about two months now, the neverstop printers that we have deployed for users desktop printing are waking up whenever you open any browser.  Is there a fix to make this stop?

 

All pcs are on Windows 10 20H2

 

I have already

1) reinstalled the print drivers

2) increased sleep timer but of course is ineffective

3) this happens on every neverstop installation, there are currently 3 in the office
