HP Recommended
Product: HP Neverstop Laserjet 1001NW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just bought this printer thinking it would be an easy install on a brand new computer with windows 10 all the latest updates.  Whenever I try to install, it says there was a problem during installation.  So I select to manually install and there it will not install the driver and says the driver is not available!  

 

Why can't I just download a driver for this machine and be done with it. I've tried all the methods mentioned on your support site and still nothing. 

 

What shall I do now?
