Hi,

I got a new computer and I'm reinstalling the printer drivers.  Using the HP Smart application, I go through the setup process but it fails to install.  Using the diagnose feature of HP Smart, it tells me "Driver Issue".  I also tried to manually download the drivers from the appropriate HP site and that doesn't work either.  I'm running Windows 10.  At one point, I saw a message indicating a Windows Operating System file (ntprint.inf) was missing.  I also got that file, still not working.  Any guidance on this?
