Hello, I am having issues with printing documents.  After I hit file (from the document I want to print), scroll down to  print the document, the print screen comes up after that I hit print, that's when the "Print to file" box comes up where as before, my printer use to print documents right after the print screen  information was completed and I hit print.

This issue started today (6/20/2020.  Before today everything was working fine.  My Laptop to printer (Via the HP Print Doctor) states) the printer is connected.  Please advise.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Under Print, make sure you select the printer and not "Print to file". Example below.

Select printer not print to file.jpg

Hope that helps!
