Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Laptop running windows 10 version  running 20H2.  The printer is recognized be the laptop however the drivers are  unavailable according to the machine.  This same printer works fine on a Window 7 laptop that is also HP.  

 

I did see a solution for the MAC OS but I did not see one for a Windows solution.  Any suggestions?

Hi,

Please follow Windows Update to instlal the latest updates for your PC, many later updates may help getting such a problem resolved:

Keep checking for updates till clicking the Check for Updates button return no more updates.

 

If the same persists following the updates, uninstall the HP Software as following:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1980013-1980057-16

 

Finally, download and reinstall the latest software below, and then check for any difference:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/oj6960/Full_Webpack-40.15.1230-OJ6960_Full_Webpac...
