Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet Pro 8710 has stopped printing or copying anything in color.  I've run Clean Printhead and Align Printhead, turned it off and unplugged it, and new color print cartridges are installed.  On the Print Quality Diagnostic Page only black prints and no color ink prints at all even with new ink cartridges showing 100%.  I can't find any setting on the printer that limits printing to Black Only.  What can I try?
