I have a 64-bit Spectre x360, 8th gen i7, i haven't be able to print from this laptop onto my OfficeJet 8720 wirelessly. On my printers page it says the driver is unavailable. I have tried uninstalling it and the like, still nothing. Please help me, thank you. (i recently saw another post about this but it is very outdated, and the links no longer exist.)

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-officejet-pro-8720-all-in-one-printer-...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
