HP drivers for Officejet 4500 don't work any more since Win-10 Updates on 4/13/21.

This includes the current HP web site driver for this printer that was downloaded & failed to find the printer

Could not uninstall those updates to fix problem as Win-10 / Microsoft has made the 4/13/21 updates un-installable.

Now also cannot pause Win-10 updates beyond 30 days.

So there is no way to keep any broken updates out of HP Notebook after 30 days, as they will be reloaded again then.

First, check the connectivity between the devices.

 

Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Kindly follow these steps:

 

First, check the connectivity between the devices.

HP does not manufacture this model printer anymore. There is no update on when a revised software will be released.

 

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
