HP Officejet 4650
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer stopped printing.  I have tried uninstalling the printer and its software multiple times, but every time I try to reconnect my printer, it says that the driver is unavailable.

I have searched for help and tried these "solutions" already:

Please help!

Hello @,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!

First try this: Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows)

Then download only this software: HP OfficeJet 4650 series Print and Scan Driver and Accessories

After uninstalling and downloading, reboot the system once. Only then reinstall the software.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Andreas
