Product: Powerspec
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Im trying to install my officeJet pro 6830  printer on a new computer.  The printer software is not seeing my printer. The error says the printer was unable to install over the network. The printer does work on my other Win 10 computer. why is the software not seeing the printer?
