printer is out of warranty
do i fix? where? how?
purchase new one?
anything i print is only coming out in parts

Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! After reading your post I see that you are getting print quality issues on your HP Officejet 8600 printer. I would like to help you out with this issue today.
- Reset the printer.
- Allow automatic servicing to complete.
- Check the paper.
- Check the print settings.
- Update the printer firmware.
- Check the estimated ink levels.
- Print a Print Quality Diagnostics report.
- Clean the printhead.
- Click here follow the document to fix this issue.
If these steps does not work, contact click here and select paid support option to contact
HP Phone support.
They might have multiple options for you to help you on this.
