HP PSC1210 invalid framework on Macbook with Catalina 10.15.7

I have applied the Fix HP Printer issue in macOS as instructed on the support page.  After re-adding the printer with the drivers supplied by Apple I am able to print, but continue to receive the error regarding the invalid framework.  After the re-install the scanner feature of this printer remains unavailable, only receives the framework error.  

I have tried to reach a real person at HP to go over this installation and am only able to post to the community.  Does anyone have a fix for this.  Please don't tell me to re-install the printer drivers, the print function works.  I want the scanner feature issue corrected.

@tlrjohn, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Due to the age of the printer, there is no driver available on the Hp Support site to work on macOS 10.15. Also, this printer is not AirPrint compatible.

However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.

NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP or Apple.
