Product: Officejet Pro 8600 n911g
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I have been using this Printer/Scan/Fax with my Windows computer.   I am now moving to a MAC.   Where do I find Printer Assistant for MAC?

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system using the HP Easy Start:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8600-plus-e-all-in-one-printer-seri...

 

This example may help you:

The HP Printer Assistant is only avaialble for Windows, not as part of the MacOS HP software:
